A good but not great pace run. Plan to run 16 miles and finished 13 miles. After 3 mile warm up, run two miles @ 7:19 and take a break (go to restroom). Come back with five miles @ 7:19-7:03, take a break again. Then run two miles @ 7:19-6:58, with last lap @ 5:27 following by a one mile cool down. I got so bored at treadmill running this long and found out my marathon pace is probably no faster than 7:30 in principle so far.
