A PR 5K time considering the shorter course that I ran SLU 5K last year. Have a lot of feelings: my VO2max is improved, my muscles are stronger, but my heart and lung seems to be the same or decrease a bit. I did not feel lactate today, indicating that I did not push enough, not a 100% effort. But in the race I am not sure if I can push any harder.
