5*1000 m interval. The distance is slightly over 1000m, 0.66 miles. I was running with Steve, Tom, Chris, and Will, at sub 6 pace with 2:30 rest. The first one was tough and then it becomes relaxed until the last one. Although I forget to record the correct time for the first 3 reps, I feel to have given the same effort, so 3:45 per repetition. In the last lap Will slowed down a lot and I kept pushing till the end. It was a great workout! Also known Chris's best time of 5K, 15:15.
