Ache log: slight whinge from right knee, but was able to ignore it.
I started much further up the front, maybe started a little too fast felt out of breath by 2.5K. Found some poke at the last K and was able to pick of a few people. The time is not official, I'm certain it's over 24mins, can't be sure because my Nike+ and HRM watches both failed me. Pleased with the result, I haven't raced since the marathon (May 27th), stopped running altogether for the first two weeks, so this is a good result.
