Excellent run by Hopkins today. Just me, him and coach unfortunately. We ran the first mile around 7:50 or so then he came back and averaged JUST under 7:10 a mile. Was beautiful to watch him. Played stay on my hip the whole last mile and he struggled but we'll get there! I felt OK but my legs felt a little beat up still from Wednesday. Trying to ice bath now but the bin has holes in it. 😂
