Run began with Me, Zach, Austin, and Duncan, the originals so to speak. Zach dropped first with some quad tightness (to be expected, he biked thirty miles this weekend then ran a quick 5 miler with me Monday), then Duncan dropped off because of how badly he had to pee, so Austin and I ran it alone. worked our mental toughness and mindset today very well.
