Notes
Ran up oak, across and down main, out to Henson, around the golf course, back down Hayes and around to vine before coming home for a long 5 miler. Started off with less of a progression feel than I would have liked, but all things considered it was okay. Ran smooth and fluid throughout, went 7:25, 6:52, 6:35, 6:52 (stopped for water fountains a few times), 6:30. Not a bad long run. Could have ran one more mile but I'm sticking to schedule.
