Treadmill run again. Second mile, ramped up and set it at 10mph. Because of a little belt/motor lag, I had to crank it up to 10.4 mph to make it under (by one second) a 6 minute mile. This is just to prove I can do it. Then carried on with 4 more miles, finishing gradually fast again.
Measured HR at 160, which is very good. I mean fast. For me, that is. At 40-something. Even when I was running for real, I rarely got my HR that high. But resting was always under 50, and now it is lucky to be 60.
