Notes

The workout was 3 x 400m on a hill (jog back down for recovery). Chose the big hill at Prospect Park (the one that starts in front of the blue dome of the botanical gardens), which worked out perfect in terms of distance. Since it's been years since I've done a workout like this, I mostly went on feel--trying to make sure each was fast but not fast enough that I couldn't do a few more if I wanted.

400m hill x 3:

#1: 81 sec (jog down)

#2: 79 sec (jog down)

#3: 81 sec (jog down)

All felt good and didn't feel like I was pushing it, though maybe they didn't need to be as fast. Ran 3.0 mile warmup to the park and 2.5 miles home. 7.0 total for the day. Also by far the most humid it as been in a very long time. Shoes and socks are soaked.
