Pretty awful run intended to be a decent workout, but listened to my body and shut it down pretty quickly. Listening to when my body is not ready to deal with a work out or a run or whatever I have in mind is a good habit to get in to. Probably went too hard earlier in the week and now I plan to chill out a little the rest of the week. Supposed to be a down week anyway, and I'd like to have a decent showing at the Lighthouse Run on Saturday.
