Warmup 1.29 miles to Prospect Park (10:00 minutes)
Tempo run around Prospect Park Big Loop, 3.28 miles in 20:10 minutes: Slightly faster than an ideal marathon pace around the big loop of Prospect Park. Didn't do a very long warmup so legs felt a little stiff for the first quarter of it, but that's good practice.
Cool down 1.36 miles (11:00 minutes).
