Ran 15 minutes easy to warmup and stretched. Did a workout of 8 x 2 minutes on the gravel trail at the Mequon Nature Preserve. 1 minute jog recovery in between reps. Felt alright, but would really love to be able to run these kinds of workouts with a group or a better sense of pace. As it is I'm just going on feel and this was hard. 15 minutes very easy cool down.
