Very difficult. Maximum effort. And yet, I can imagine, 14:xx. I'm a long way from that, but ...I can imagine. A struggle from the "third lap"... rather, the start of. I have forgotten what it is to be fast. ( relative to where I was ). It just means you can take higher levels of pain for longer.
