3x 200, 36,35,34 sec., with 100m jogging rest between, then

400m @74 sec, 400m jog,

then 2:46

trying to get an idea of where I can run 800's. I suck. thought I could have run a 70 sec lap already, and thought I could get under 2:40. Completely untrue. The 800 was unnecessarily difficult. But I have never been good at those.
