Marc met me at my house for a nice easy long run. Went down Paxton/Linwood/Delta to Eastern. Took Eastern back to downtown, then up Eggleston/Gilbert. Stopped by the OBV shop for a cup of water then finished down Madison Rd. Pace was easy which was exactly what I needed for my first true long run.
