Good hard workout. On first 6 repetitions bounded up half to a 3rd the way up the hill. On 6th repetition started loosing form early, so I decided to run hard up the remaining repetitions. On the runs up I definately noticed feeling stronger than the previous workout. Also on the down hills, leg turnover improved and was smoother/faster. Overall this workout did not feel as painfull as last weeks workouts. I am getting used to the anaerobic workload more.
