Notes

Ran with Ipod playing Sublime. It caused my HR to be elevated much higher. So I threw in some strides just to feel what different racing paces feel like, plus I was due for a stride session anyway. I did 3 min at 7:30-/mile and the final minute at 6:00/mile.
