Elbow to Knee --
2 Sets of 12 Reps -- Each rep consists of Right elbow to left knee, then left elbow to right knee.
Captains Chair
2 Sets of 12 Reps -- Sit on edge of table, elevate body with arms, lift knees toward chest and lower slowly.
