Notes

Started run off very slow. Had crazy hr spikes at 15-20 min perhaps because garmin strap dried up. So hr measurements used for stats started at 20 minutes. Run progressively got faster. At about 1:35 into the run core and leg fatigue set in and HR started to elevate into the high 150's and low 160's.
