Notes

Ran 10 minutes straight to start off! My first time. Then calmed down to 5:3 (run/walk), 4:2 and finally 3:2 to finish. Can easily add a couple of minutes a week until I can run 3k non-stop.

FOOD

(1 hr. before running)

bowl of oatmeal, with nuts, dried fruits and soy milk.

DRESS

shorts, technical t-shirt, jogging jacket and stocking hat. Thought I'd be cold, but was quite comfortable. My calves were actually hot.
