This run was to prove to myself that i could still run 10k .. thats how bad things have gotten for me due to the huge gap in training. Set out to just run 10km irrespective of the speed and also because i havent been in McRitchie for ages ... felt good to finish the 10k despite feeling like i had just run a marathon. A long journey awaits ahead but atleast i have started moving ...

Need to figure out what the dull ache below the knee cap on my right leg is ..
