Well my hammy felt good so that's nice. I led from the gun until 1100 then Stillin went around me, followed by Matt, then Heinz. Matt stepped on the rail and twisted his ankle and got in my way so it slowed me down a little bit, or else I think I could have caught Heinz back. Stillin blew me away when he passed me, kind of demoralizing when it happened during the race. I know I can run faster than this. Revenge next week in the 5k
