I wanted to get to 20 miles this week, and I didn't want to run over 5 tomorrow. Plus, it was late and I didn't feel like running in the dark. Instead I ran at a much harder effort. This route is in and out of our neighborhood cul-de-sacs, and it is hilly. Based on this run, I think I could run a less hilly 5K in about 28 right now.
