on lavern gibson, pretty warm day. started out with 5x1 mile at around 5:30 and 60-90s rest.. followed up with 15 mil and then 5x1 mile at about 90% effort, ranged from 5:10 at the start and then closer to 5:30 at the last. Wasn't 100% happy with the workout.. my legs felt tired for the first 5, probably from the long run yesterday, but I definitely didn't contend with my teammates as much as i wanted to or feel i should be able to during the last 5. maybe just an off day for me
