Notes

4 x 2K repeats out on rolling hills- goal pace (3:05-07/K), 1K jog rest. Didn't hit the paces too well, kind of an ambitious workout I guess. (3:06, 3:09), (3:10, 3:14), (3:16, 3:15), (3:11, 3:15). Grinding pretty hard, longer repeats, and probably still recovering a bit from sunday. Just need to be patient
