4x1200 goal 3:48-3:54, 400j (2min) recovery, 4x200 at 32 goal. 1200s: 3:47, 3:52, 3:51, 3:52; 200s: 32, 32, 31, 32

Not a bad workout, but not as easy as I thought it should feel. we went out on 3:48 pace every time but then unintentionally slowed down a few second on the second lap for the last three. Legs didn't feel super fresh, but still felt ok. It may have been wind and cold temp factor a little bit. 200s were good, but again, legs were a bit heavy
