4xmile. bad workout, went too hard on the first two miles and bonked out the last 2. felt like my effort was way too high compared to doing this workout on the track. part of my problem was that i forgot my watch, so i had no way to help regulate pace or know where we were at. just had an exhausted depleted feeling in my body. it was all i could do to stick with the guys behind me during the last part of the last mile. during the hammer mile i felt completely exhausted by the time we hit 400m.
