3x800 between 2:08-2:10 (mile goal). felt like i was pushing pretty hard, but hit the times alright. 3x(3x300) cutting down 48,45,42. actually ran 48,45,45 every time, felt like i was running completely all out. 100 rest between 300s, 400 rest between sets
