Notes

3x1200 at 5k goal pace, 800 recovery. 2xmile (5:03, 5:10)- were supposed to be cutdown from 4:00, but we got pretty thrashed from the hot humid weather. didn't really feel comfortable at any point in the workout, I was already clawing to hit the 1200 times
