Notes

on the trail, hit 5:30s consistently for the first 5 then 5:20, 5:20, 5:10. Felt good, kept my arms up well. a little fatigued from hillacious yesterday but it didn't affect me much. stayed really well relaxed which helped me hang and roll through the final few miles. great workout.
