Notes

morning run on trail. got about 7.5 hours.. was in bed at 10:40 but it takes me an hour to fall asleep for some reason. need to work on that. legs felt pretty fatigued on the way back after feeling good for the first half. morning trail runs are always good for visualization. food journal is going well, trying to start working my eating habits down to 5-6 smaller meals over the course of the day
