400, 600, 400, 200 @4:16 pace with 200 jog rest, continuous. easy mile then [600 (200j), 400 (200j), 300 (200j), 200 (100j), 100 (100j)]x3 at 70s quarter pace. did pretty well, a couple sec slow on the 600s. felt pretty tired especially towards the end. Extra tired from lifting, probably bad sleep sunday night hitting me hard
