Notes

good race, felt good. Tucked in a little further back than I would have liked to have been, but moved up well with about 500 to go and finished well. There is a huge physical difference between my good and bad races: fatigue. I need to focus on getting to sleep at 10:30 every night instead of letting myself stay up
