Wu and cd miles incl. Hill workout on trail 5- one lap easy, next lap up hill at 90%. 3 sets. Felt OK- I think I'm having tightness issues in my upper legs, probably hamstrings mostly. Need to start targeting those. It feels like I just top out really quickly because my legs get loaded with lactic acid- same thing I've felt in many races
