Notes

Alumni Run. Hit first 3 miles single digits slower than 5:20 goal. sped up in the last mile but no enough to hold on to some of the guys. Felt like I was working pretty hard the whole way. I think I'm probably tired by the combination of camp and high mileage. Good day for being early in the season. Now time to fine tune mentally and physically. Didn't feel very speedy. I put on weight from lifting, so I could probably stand to lose a few pounds and get back to consistent core and bounding
