Notes

about 5:15-5:25 range. didnt have my watch so dont have exact splits but i was on the whole way i believe. my effort increased towards the end. i think hillacious long run left me with some fatigue. still was able to stay smooth and engaged. my stomach was getting violent towards the end, the pasta at lunch must have been a bad choice. feeling healthy overall. went to the grocery today and stocked up so i have lots of healthy options in the house so i dont have to put up with sparks crap
