Notes

Pacing Mi (5x1@615,R90s). Had to rush home by MP2 (605/608)

Did not feel like doing anything serious yet, so pacing Mi at 615 filled in perfectly. It’s about medium effort. In the end had to rush back home so did a 2 mi MP but cannot really go under 6. I guess the fatigue is still there as I am currently on a very high mileage streak for last 17 days. (avg. 13+mi/day)

Will roll back next week and try some real workouts.
