Notes
Not sure of the exact time. It was a rough race and a rough finish. The entire path in the woods was covered in big rocks and it made it very rough on the ankles. My ankle is feeling stronger but I'll probably not race next Saturday to make sure it is at its best by regionals. The season has been very bad with little success. My region has gotten a lot tougher this year and I'll be lucky if I even come close to makign it to states, things aren't looking good at this rate though.
