Watch set for 1K splits for more feedback. Didn't start as hard as last time, but still had GI issues. This time it started at 4K. Also, the left calf started to cramp a little. Needed to back off a tad to prevent a full spasm. Real tight most fo the day, but it did work itself loose by doing a lot of walking.
