6 x 400, with the goal being 80/80. Felt good after not having run any intervals for 7+ years. Somehow the third effort got corrupted. I stopped the watch at the line, but the Garmion recorded the time at 1:12. J.D.'s Garmin got it at 1:15, so I adjusted the split table above..
