Long run with J.D. Had a Power Bar at 6a (1 hour before run). I used ClifShot Vanilla (no caffiene) at 6, 12, and 18 miles. No water to wash them down. Minor stomach cramp after each gel pak, but could have been from the Power Bar.

I don't think J.D. wast up to snuff this morning, as I ran solo from 8 miles on.
