The workout was a 200-400-600-800-600-400-200 ladder at 5:00/mile pace. With Tom & J.D. Felt decent on the way up, but the 800 was off a little. Yesterday was probably a little too hard. On the way down, the left hamstring went into a spasm, so I exited the workout. Still a little sore right now (2 hours later). Will use the rollers to see if I can get it to release.
