Long run with J.D. No food or drink on the run. around 14 started feeling tapped out. By 18, was running purely on adrenaline. Good indicator. I'm pretty sure I could have gone another 6 miles at 7 min pace or better. Easy miles at start skew the average. Looking good for March!
