Notes
The bad part of going to big races. 10,000 runners, one entry into Angel Stadium, and one exit open on the freeway. Left at 6:10 for a 6:30 arrival, anticipating a 7:30 start. Got into the stadium and parked at 7:05. Picked up race number, and made my way over to the start, so no almost no warm-up other than jogging from the check-in to the start, getting in there around 7:20. Got into the corral near the start line, and then stood around for 20 minutes for the National Anthem and about 10 people giving their thanks to everyone. Race got started at 7:40.
Not a bad course, but not necessarily a fast one. A couple of underpass dips to break the stride. I'll take a 17:47 for 3.2 (GPS)... might have been a 17:32 for 5,000 meters.
