Notes

Leg sore when first got on 'mill, but improved and I actually got in a rhythm and comfortable after a couple miles. Still need to take it easy and keep my feet underneath me. Form felt good after a good amount of self-treatment yesterday. Status still DTD. Swam afterward and may do this more often.
