Notes

Felt harder than usual. Perhaps did not drink enough yesterday. As warms up, hydration will become more important. Broke in new pair of 890s, ankles sore for first half, fine on concrete and improved at the end. Did 4 x 100 stride and 5 min jogdown. Not the funnest, but didn't totally suck either. Need to hit weights tomorrow. Extra drills afterward.
