2 x 2km time trial (target: better than 10:20 each). Good pair of runs, was really sucking air at the end of both. Felt knee during both runs but didn't cause a problem - but POW! it completely locked up right at the end of the 2nd run. Luckily the run ended only 200m from home - had to hobble home in some pain.
Saw physiotherapist today re. ITB - problem is the hamstrings are tight, plus other hip muscles not doing their job. Have specific streteches to do - can run on Saturday up to 2 hrs (or point of pain)
