1) 10-15 min light warm up jog

3) 6-8 x 80metre sprints: Run the first sprint at 70% effort, gradually get faster with each till the last is run at 100% effort.

Following each sprint walk back to where you started from to begin your next sprint.

4) Run the core of the session which is described in the yellow cell

5) 10-15min light cool down jog
