Lack of quality training after the GC Marathon resulted in this slower than hoped time, although it was probably about as good as I should have expected. Went out trying to maintain a 5:47 pace (2:02 finish), but after falling behind at the first water/gel stop I set a target of beating my 2012 2:04:08 GC time. However, that became harder and harder in the last 5-6 km and I ended up having a few walk breaks in the last few km.
