Average pace on the 1 minute fast intervals - 5:46
Average pace on the 2 minute slow intervals - 7.77
For the oveerall 42 minutes; Strife was 87, Cadence 82, Calories 559
I felt very good on this indorr run. No significant problem with my leg and I felt very fit and energetic. one of the best runs I've had since January.
Looking forward to 10K tomorrow. I will also have a cortisone shot tomorrow and then will be off running for 2-3 days until the weekend LSD
